2. Prepare and Pack Your Shipment
Please securely pack your jewelry in a box to prevent damage during transit. Please do not use envelop or padded envelope as it may damage your jewelry during transit. You can mail your jewelry via FedEx (preferred), USPS, or UPS with full insurance value of your item. Please make sure that the name on the package is the same contact name that you submit on the Maintenance Request Form above so we can verify the form we got matches your name on the package. Tip: You can insure your package up to $25,000 via USPS if you use registered mail. For more information, please visit USPS.com.
3. We Will Contact You
Once we receive your package, we will call and/or email you to verify the service order is correct and give you a timeline and any further discussion we may have. When the service or maintenance is ready, we will call to confirm with you a schedule to ship the item back as it will require a signature. You would also be responsible for the return shipping fee.
