We warrant all of our fine jewelry from manufacturing defeat at the time of delivery for the lifetime of the jewelry. We guarantee to deliver a high quality jewelry, great craftsmanship, and excellent 3D custom design service. All of our fine jewelry are carefully inspected during each of the manufacturing process to ensure that we meet our industry standards in jewelry making so that our end customer can enjoy wearing it without worries.
If you believe your jewelry purchase has a manufacturing defect, please do not hesitate to contact us to help evaluate your piece. There will be a refundable deposit of $45 before the item is received by us for an evaluation. If the item does has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace (where we deemed appropriate), refund the $45 deposit, and ship the item back to you for no charge. For jewelry repairs that are not under the manufacturing defect warranty due to normal wear and tear and/or those that had undergone any potential trauma, customer will receive a price quote of the repair cost before any repair work is performed. If customer approve the repair cost, the $45 deposit will applied toward the repair cost plus a return shipping cost. If the customer does not approve the repair cost after the evaluation, the deposit will be applied toward covering for the shipping cost and the evaluation process done by our expert jeweler.
If we determine that the jewelry you purchased from us has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item (if we deem appropriate) for no charge. If the item deemed to be replace is no longer available in stock, we may in our discretion, replace the jewelry or gemstone you purchased with like-kind piece. Please kindly note that slight irregularity and variation in craftsmanship as well as natural characteristic in gemstones are unique and completely natural to each item, thus it should not be considered as defect.

Free Lifetime Jewelry Cleaning and Inspection
Like many things, jewelry are prone to normal wear and tear. Especially rings and bracelet where because hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Thus, we recommend having your jewelry professionally clean and inspect at least every 6 months for any potential normal wear and tear damage or traumas that require a repair work to extend the life of your jewelry. Jewelry inspection is crucial to help prevent the loss of a stone and to preserve the integrity of your jewelry. We offer this cleaning and inspection for free for jewelry purchased from OR DIAMOND. If our customers are not local or near our two store locations, they may pay to ship the item to us and we will pay for the return shipping cost. If there is a repair needed at this point, customers can choose to repair the piece at cost.
Conditions
The lifetime manufacturing defect warranty will be void if the jewelry item has any maintenance, repair or service done by another jeweler other than OR DIAMOND. This is because we cannot verify or guarantee the repair work done by another jeweler to the jewelry item you had purchased from us. The manufacturing warranty and complimentary service are only made available to the person who purchased the covered jewelry item from OR DIAMOND.
Fine jewelry are not impervious to every day's normal wear and tear and/or traumas. This is especially true for rings as our hands received considerable amount of abuse. We do not cover for damages due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. In addition, we also do not cover for damage or loss that results from not having the item repaired when necessary to maintain the life and integrity of the jewelry piece.

- Lose stones or completely lost of stones due to big impact on the prongs or breaking caused by normal wear and tear or other accidental damages.
- Worn out, bent, or caught prong(s) which allow the stones to fall out or missing due to normal wear and tear or other type of damage.
- Prongs that are worn out over long period of time that require re-prong, re-tip or restoration work as part of a normal wear and tear or other abuse or damage.
- The discoloration or weakening of precious metals caused by chemical, make-up, swimming pool, household cleaning chemicals, bleach, hot tubs, bathing or other chemical that can damage or weaken the metals.
