At Or Diamond, we free ourselves from middlemen and sell directly to you, so we can provide you the best possible jewelry at a the best price. However, if you find a closely comparable product or services at a lower price elsewhere, we will be more than happy to take a look at the competing price and see if we can match the price for you. Terms and Condition for Loose Stone

Please review the following terms and conditions for our price matching service:
  1. For diamond price match, the item must be graded by GIA within the last 2 years and has the exact same quality and measurements sold through www.ordiamond.com.
  2. For a loose moissanite, the item must have the same exact dimension in millimeter, not the estimated diamond equivalent carat weight. It also must be from a reputable brand such as Charles and Colvard.
  3. For fancy color diamond, the two competing prices must have the exact same quality and both be graded by GIA within the last 2 years.
  4. We cannot offer price match for gemstones due to the vast number of factors that goes into comparing two natural gemstones. However, we do price match lab-grown gemstones from reputable brands such as Chatham.
  5. The Diamond Price Match does not apply where the competitor or Or Diamond has made a pricing error or typographical error on an item.
  6. The competitor's diamond must have the same characteristics, including cut, color, clarity, carat weight, fluorescence, table and depth percentage, symmetry, etc. as the diamond from our website that you’re comparing it to. We reserve the right to review your request and decide, in our sole discretion, whether the competitor's product or services is comparable.
  7. The Price Match only applies before you purchase your item from us and cannot be applied to previously purchased item.
  8. Please send us (1) a copy of the GIA report of the competitor's diamond, and (2) a link to the website that offers or publishes the price offer. For the Moissanite or lab-grown gemstones, please skip part (1).
  9. The competing price must be made available to the general public and cannot be a unique discount, special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates or bundled products. Offers that are advertised as limited in time or quantity, clearance, liquidation and going-out-of business sales, and loyalty program offers are not eligible.
  10. The lower competing item must be in stock and available for purchase at the lower price, and the lower price must remains effective during the entire price match request period. Expired offers are not eligible. Pawn shops and auctions (website or brick and mortar stores) are not eligible.
  11. The lower competing price must be in the same currency. 
  12. Only one item per customer is eligible for the Price Match (multiple claims on the same item will not be eligible, regardless of the quantity ordered). The Price Match can only be applied once per item, even if a lower-priced offer is subsequently found.
  13. The Or Diamond price is the price after any rebates, gift certificates, and promotional discounts have been applied. Costs for comparable shipping and handling will be included in the price comparison.
  14. The price match only applies to purchases for personal use and not for resale or commercial purposes. 
  15. If we decides to match the lower price, we will honor the price for 48 hours. 
  16. Or Diamond reserves the right to verify all information regarding the competing offer and to refuse to offer a lower price, in its sole discretion, if it is unsatisfied with its ability to verify the competing price
