Our 40-Days Online-Only Return Policy
This return policy is effective January 1st 2019 and cannot be applied to any order placed before this date.
This return policy does not apply to our physical stores.

We stand behind everything we sell online, and by offering a competitive pricing and mandate a strict quality control policy to conduct a professional jewelry inspection on each order prior to shipment, we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. We understand that online-shopping can be overwhelming and frustrating, therefore, to help our customer have a joyful and satisfied jewelry shopping experience, our online store is proud to offer 40 days return or exchange on all Moissanite loose stones, Moissanite set jewelry, and other eligible items. If the packages arrived at your doorstep damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 408 287 2500. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately. Or Diamond is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. Please keep all of our original packaging material unless instructed to do so by Or Diamond.

- We advise customers to contact us for a RAN number no later than 5 business days (before the last returnable date) prior to shipping out your return to ensure we receive it on time.
- We will send you a simple instruction on how to safely and securely package your items for a successful return.
- We only accept packages with a RAN number written on the outside package box and that has been securely packaged and insured for its full value.
- All refund will be processed within 2 weeks or sooner. All approved refund will be credited back to your original form of payment minus a 15% store credit that will remain in your account balance to be used on your next Or Diamond online purchase. This credit does not expire and cannot be used in-store. Any bank wire payment will be refunded via a company's check.
Return Terms and Conditions
- All returned merchandise must be in its original, new condition, in an unused and unworn condition to be deemed acceptable for refund or exchange. Item showing signs of scratch, wear, or alterations by another jeweler other than us will not be accepted.
- While we do offer free shipping when delivering your order, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping charge when returning to us.
- Package shipped to us beyond the 40-day period will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. The 30 days period starts from the date the item was delivered to our customer to the date we receive the package, not the post mark date.
- Any jewelry order that is set with loose colorless diamonds, loose fancy color diamonds, and loose gemstones are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- All custom and special made jewelry are not eligible for cancellation, refund or exchange due to the personalized and individualized nature of the item(s).
- All eternity ring and band are made to specifically fit a unique finger size. Thus all eternity ring and band are not eligible for a return or exchange due to the personalized and individualized nature of the ring and band. Therefore, please make sure that you order the right ring size.
- All loose moissanite stones must be accompanied by the original lifetime warranty card or certificate of authenticity card or a $100 fees will be assessed to replace a lost card. Once the loose moissanite is registered for the warranty, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
- All returns and exchange item(s) are subject to our internal jeweler's quality check and inspection before it is deemed returnable. Any order that has been engraved cannot be return or exchange due to the personalize and individualize nature of the item(s).
- Any jewelry service request such as sizing, re-setting, repairing, cutting, modifying, soldering, and enameling are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- We reserve the right to negate the terms of our return policy if there is an evidence of return abuse, fraud, or wrongdoing.
- Our return policy only applies to our online store and is not applicable to purchases made at either of our physical store location.
- Or Diamond is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and returns that are damaged in transit.
- Customers are allowed up to two returns per customer, per year.
- Expressed overnight shipping fees are non-refundable.
