While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. Some diamonds and gemstones may not have actual picture available for view thus a sample picture will be shown instead. This sample picture may appear different from the actual stone itself. Our loose stone searches will have a filter that allows you to search for Guaranteed Available only. The same product availability term applies here because with the volume of order we get, certain product may not be available but they just have a higher chance of being available.
